Italian Rental Basics

We offer a wide selection of properties from very basic accommodations to luxury retreats, from bustling downtown Rome to the charm of country village apartments, from  seaside resorts to country estates.

Except where noted in the pricelist or property descriptions, our properties are available by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. All rentals must be prepaid and security deposits are normally required.

Except for hotels, or as noted, all properties are self catered. Maid service is available for an additional fee, and in most cases, we can arrange additional services.
