Prices include accommodations, all meals (with unlimited wine), lessons, sightseeing tours, airport (Pisa) or rail/bus (Viareggio) transfers, taxes, tips and gratuities. There are no hidden costs or additional expenses.  Prices may be subject to change without notice; however, your cost is guaranteed once deposit has been received.  A deposit of $500 per person is required at time of booking, with the balance due no later than 60 days prior to commencement of the class.  Cancellation fees are $250/person if cancelled 60 days or more prior to the class, $500/person if cancelled 45-59 days prior, and 100% of monies paid if cancelled less than 45 days prior to the start of the class.

At any time during your stay, you can purchase estate-bottled olive oil, wine and truffle oil, farro, polenta, soup and risotto mixes packaged especially for Toscana Saporita, cookbooks, aprons and other products related to the school.

Accommodations - Participants stay in fully-equipped suites in the Toscana Saporita villa. Each suite contains three bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen, living room, and two fully-equipped modern bathrooms.

Extending Your Stay - Located in the heart of Tuscany's wine and olive-growing region and only 30 miles from Florence, Camporomano is an ideal base for touring Tuscany. The estate itself offers a wide range of amenities (swimming pool, hiking, extensive grounds and gardens) available to all guests. Those wishing to stay beyond the completion of cooking school can do so at the special rate above. If space is not available at Camporomano, the school reserves the right to accommodate you for the extra night(s) at a local hotel or 3 star or better quality. We can normally confirm your extra nights at the time of booking your class.

Travel Arrangements - Toscana Saporita is located 15 miles from Pisa International Airport, which has non-stop flights from Rome, Milan, and most other major European cities. The school's driver can pick you up at Pisa Airport, the Viareggio train station or Bus Depot, providing that accurate arrival information is provided (or changed) at least one week in advance of the course date. Domani or your travel agent can assist you with travel arrangements.
