Villa dei Pini-PR03
The
sunny square of Ravello’s thousand year old
cathedral is, of course, the center of village life. Here in the
morning, residents and visitors alike gather for a coffee and a bit of
gossip to begin the day. The local priest walks briskly across the
square greeting parishioners as he goes. Near the Villa
Rufolo Gardens, delivery truck drivers begin laboriously
loading handcarts with the daily bread and produce for the borgo
shops. Overlooking the blue Mediterranean Sea,
La Villa dei Pini, is
located just a short distance from this friendly town center.
La Villa dei Pini
easily accommodates up to six in three double bedrooms and two
baths. An additional studio accessed from the terrace garden, may be
engaged with the villa to accommodate up to two more comfortably (and 4
in a pinch). The Villa enjoys splendid sea views from the formal garden
and vine-covered pergola. Two ancient Roman pines dominate the setting
and provide shade for the terrace. Set in unique and extraordinary
surroundings,
La
Villa dei Pini is a dream vacation spot
for a family or group of friends looking for the real Italy.
The main floor consists of a comfortable and
well-furnished living room with fireplace and glass doors opening onto a
secluded terrace and landscaped garden. There is a dining area
near the open plan completely-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, large
refrigerator and freezer as well as a large stove). Up four steps,
there is the master bedroom (double bed) which has a view of the garden.
Up four more steps, is a generous-sized bathroom with a tub. There
are two more bedrooms (one double and one twin) and another bath with
shower on this level.
The annex has a corridor kitchen, living
room with 2 double sofa beds and a small separate bathroom.
