Il Casellino-F04
 The
Tuscan estate of Il Casellino offers magical views of the
serene countryside, with olive trees and Chianti vines tumbling down to
verdant pastures sprinkled with red poppies and yellow mustard. Il
Casellino still produces and bottles its own olive oil using the
methods handed down from father to son. It is hard to believe that the
bustle of Florence is less than half an hour away. La Colonica
the largest of our offerings on this estate was the
featured property in an article on Tuscan villa rentals in the November
1998 issue of Conde

Ancient Tuscan stone walls of the
original estate buildings serve as the foundation for three beautiful
centrally heated homes and apartments. Great care has been taken
to retain the original features and the antique furniture has been
carefully chosen. The estate includes a beautifully landscaped swimming
pool, set in an olive grove with stunning views over the surrounding
countryside and stone terraces and patios for outdoor eating or
sunbathing.
 La
Colonica is the owners' private villa. This magnificently restored home will
comfortably sleep 6 in luxurious surroundings, with 3 full bedrooms (1
double and 2 with twin beds) and 2 fully-appointed tiled bathrooms.
The ground level includes 2 large,
handsomely furnished living rooms, one with a huge fireplace with
overstuffed comfortable chairs and sofas. The designer country kitchen will prove an inspiration to
any culinary-inclined customers. A stay here is certain to be an
experience of a lifetime!
Il Fienile
is a gracious two story home, offering panoramic
views of the surrounding countryside from its interior. The large
open-plan family room is comfortably furnished and has a magnificent fireplace and picture window
with stunning views. An archway leads to the
kitchen that includes a dishwasher. A formal living room with antique furnishings,
tiled bathroom with shower and a utility room with washing machine,
complete this floor. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom, with
magnificent views, a twin bedded room and a fully tiled bathroom.
La
Conigliera is a delightful romantic studio apartment in a separate building
that shares a courtyard with Il Fienile
. Its simple, stone exterior belies the elegance and quality of
the interior with its cathedral ceiling, large fireplace, and antique
furnishings. La Conigliera is spacious for a studio, and
features a small, but well-equipped kitchen, a superior bathroom with
American-quality showers, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The
properties can also, of course, be rented together accommodating up to
12 in the 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The estate offers plenty of
private areas for a group or larger family. The park-like grounds
present splendid opportunities to experience la dolce far niente (the
sweetness of doing nothing). However, the more actively inclined
can work out in the pool, hike the grounds of the estate or walk to the
two nearby villages for an afternoon or evening caffe.

noted and includes unlimited use of the swimming pool, central
heating, and one hour of maid service each Monday, Wednesday and
Friday.
A security deposit of $2500
(Entire Estate), $1000
(F04A), $300 (F04C), and $1500 (F04F) will be collected with
your balance due, and returned within 1 month after your
departure, less, of course, any charges.
