Situated near Florence’s historic city center, Apartment Via delle Terme offers quiet and spacious second-floor accommodations for 2 to 3 persons in an atmosphere that retains the old character of Florence while incorporating tasteful, modern furnishings.  From here it is just a few blocks walk to the Arno River and two of Florence’s most beloved bridges, the Ponte Vecchio and the Ponte Santa Trinita which is graced by beautiful 17^th century statues of the Four Seasons.  Shops, boutiques, ristoranti and trattorie are within easy walking distance, including the excellent Trattoria Nella which is just next door.  The Piazza di Santa Trinita with its Renaissance palazzi and the lively Piazza della Repubblica with its carousel and sidewalk cafes are nearby.

The entrance to Apartment Via delle Terme is into an open living/dining/kitchen area with lovely wood accents throughout including Tuscan-style beamed ceilings.  The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove top for cooking.  The bedroom is furnished with a matrimoniale (queen-sized) bed and a beautiful, large antique wardrobe for storage. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space.  The tiled bathroom has a roomy shower, heated towel rack and a hairdryer.  Other amenities include a washing machine, television, VCR, stereo with a CD player, and a telephone.

Guests will be met by the son of the apartment owner who speaks English.

Prices is per week and is all inclusive of heating and air conditioning and other utilities, linens and towels (changed weekly), and final cleaning. The only extra charge, based upon metered usage, is for the telephone  This charge is paid upon your departure.
