Nearby Empoli has wonderful shopping, many restaurants and
access to the rest of Tuscany and Italy via the autostradas or
rail. Elegant country homes, old Romanesque churches and
feudal castles can be seen from the country roads that wind
through the hills and valleys of the magnificent countryside.
Villa Flora has three spacious bedrooms, an additional
small single bedroom, three full baths and a half bath. The
main floor is comprised of a spacious living room, furnished
with comfortable sofas and chairs, a working fireplace, high
ceilings and beautiful tiled floors. There is a formal dining
room as well as a smaller sitting room and a half bath. The
country kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher and
refrigerator and eating area. There is a washing machine and
pantry near the kitchen. Just off the living room is an elegant
covered terrace overlooking the landscaped grounds. This is a
perfect spot for cocktails before dinner or dining al fresco.
Upstairs are two master bedrooms and a twin bedded room.
 There
are two full tiled baths with tubs and handshowers. Hardwood
floors complement the tastefully decorated bedrooms. Large
windows make this home particularly light and airy. This is a
comfortable country home for a family with younger children who
can play safely in the completely fenced large garden or group
of friends looking for a superior value vacation in Tuscany.
On the garage level is a small single bedroom and full bath.
Guest cars may be parked in the garage and there is additional
off-street parking on the grounds.
This is a great location for touring
Tuscany. There are many small thriving villages in the
area with numerous country shops and good restaurants. Day trips
to Florence, Pisa, Siena and the Chianti countryside are within
easy reach.

The price is inclusive of all
services except telephone (metered) and central heating (if
used) which are payable upon departure.
A
security deposit of $500 is collected with final payment and returned within 30 days
following departure from the property less, of course, any charges
for loss or breakage.
