Apartment Lambertesca is an elegant and comfortable apartment for 2-4 located in a pedestrian street just behind Piazza della Signoria, less than 5 minutes walk from the Duomo.  Recently restored, furnished and decorated, it is on the fourth floor (no elevator) of an historic 13^th century building with beautiful views over the red tiled roofs of Florence.

Typical Florentine cotto floors and wood beamed ceilings highlight generous sized rooms furnished with nice antiques and comfortably upholstered pieces.  The living room has a comfortable sofa with TV and stereo.  The well equipped kitchen has a stove, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine and American coffee maker and a nice dining area.  There is a sofa bed which sleeps two.  The spacious bedroom has a king sized bed and the bathroom has a stall shower.

This is a superb location in the heart of historic Florence with world famous museums, designer shops, small boutiques, fruit and vegetable stands and neighborhood trattorie all at hand.  The train station is within walking distance.
 

Renting Apartment Via Lambertesca - FL23

The weekly price is inclusive of utilities, including heating, linens and towels (changed weekly), and final cleaning. Utilities are not included in the monthly price.  The only extra charge, based upon metered usage, is for telephone and Internet usage.  This charge is paid upon your departure.
