Within easy walking distance of the heart of the city, Apartment Saverio, is located in a quiet historic Florentine neighborhood with small family owned groceriy stores, craft shops, bookstores and quiet trattorie.  Nearby, San Marco Piazza is one of the liveliest squares in the city with outdoor cafes, and the Galleria della Accademia, is home to the most famous of Michelangelo’s statues, the David.

The apartment is located on the second floor and has a private entrance from the stairwell.  It has been completely and carefully renovated using tasteful colors and excellent materials.  The charming well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator and washing machine.  The living room is large and furnished with some lovely antiques, comfortable upholstered pieces and a TV.  A small dining room near the kitchen seats four or five comfortably.  At the rear of the flat, well away from street noises, there is a spacious master bedroom with matrimoniale (queen sized) bed with ensuite bathroom ( toilet and sink only) and a private balcony overlooking a charming interior courtyard. Perfect for morning coffee!   A second bedroom has a single bed.  There is a main bathroom with tub with hand held shower.

A very comfortable location for exploring all of Florence, the apartment is convenient to the train station and the Central Market.  This is a wonderful home away from home for a leisurely vacation in heart of Florence.

The weekly price is inclusive of linens and towels (changed weekly) and utilities; utilities are not included in the monthly price. Extra charges, are for central heating, based upon metered usage, and €100 for final cleaning   These charges are paid upon your departure.
