On a narrow street just off the Arno between Ponte S Trinita and Ponte all Carraia, a spacious two story apartment, Via delle Vigna, has recently been restored with high ceilings and charming furnishings. The quiet neighborhood offers a great variety of shopping and easy access to museums, restaurants and the delights of Firenze centro. This is the perfect location for up to six persons to enjoy city living as the Italians do.

Via delle Vigna is perfectly located for the leisurely enjoyment of Florence. The elegant Excelsior Hotel is about one block away and there are dozens of restaurants, boutiques and grocery shops in the neighborhood. The apartment is centrally heated and air conditioned. There is a metered telephone. Public parking is close by.

The fourth floor apartment (with elevator) has two levels. The entrance opens into an elegantly furnished living/dining room with 20 foot ceiling, polished terra cotta tiled floors and leather sofas and chairs. A handsome fireplace and large window complete the room. A tastefully decorated wrought iron door screens off the small but fully equipped kitchen. There is a full bath with washing machine on this level. Above the living area is an open loft sitting area with double sofa bed and elegant wood floors. From here, stairs lead to the apartment's two spacious bedrooms (one with queen bed and one with two twin beds) and two full baths. The apartment is carefully furnished with lovely family antiques and comfortable upholstered pieces.

Prices is per week and is all inclusive of heating, linens and towels (changed weekly), and final cleaning. The only extra charges, based upon usage, are for air conditioning in the summer, if used, and for the telephone. These charges are paid upon your departure.
