Villino Lorella - E14

Located on the seaside of  beautiful Portovenere, Villino Lorella, a charming casa for three or four, is just 300 meters from the center of town. Built in 1900 and surrounded by a small, charming garden of olive trees and flowers, it faces the sea and enjoys gorgeous views of the island of Palmaria, and the nearby villages of Lerici and Tellaro.

From the garden, the entrance leads into a living room simply furnished with sofa, two armchairs, and a dining table. There is one master bedroom with a double bed, and one single bedroom with trundle bed. The bedrooms share one bathroom with shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine and dishwasher. The house is furnished with comfortable summer furnishings and includes a TV. The garden is furnished for outdoor dining and includes a barbecue. A baby bed can be provided upon request.

The old borgo of Portovenere is a five minute walk and a swimming beach is just across the street. There is parking by payment available nearby. This popular seaside village offers a good selection of shops and services. Boat rentals by the day are available at the harbor. There is a bus stop just outside the house. Tennis courts are within easy walking distance. The autostrada and nearest train station are both in La Spezia, 10 km distant.

Villino Lorella is in use by the owner for a portion of the summer, and not available for the month of August.
