 La
Pazziella is a charming country villa for 4-6 with a
breathtaking view over the Tiber river valley and Mount Soratte. The
two and a half acre estate offers peaceful agrarian surroundings, a wide
horizon and a beautiful built-in swimming pool. The house was recently
restored with wood beam ceilings, tasteful comfortable furniture
including some antiques, and cotto floors.
Reflective country
walks through medieval villages and ancient castles start literally
right at your doorstep or are only a short drive away.
 Only
45 km away, Rome, can easily be reached by train from a nearby station.
One of our
favorite country restaurants
is only 5 minutes away, and
the scenic stroll to the nearby hamlet of Selci, is about 15 minutes
long.
La Pazziella has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), a
beautiful dining/living room with fireplace and sofa (opens to double
bed), a small kitchen and 2 bathrooms (1 on the ground floor, 1
upstairs). There is a lovely porch off the kitchen, with a table
and chairs and cushioned chairs under a covered portico. The
medium-sized outdoor pool with ample deck space and furniture beckons to
guests on warm roman summer days. |

Final cleaning is an extra charge of
€50, and heating, if used, is charged based on usage.
Extra cleaning service is available at a rate of €8/hour, and
cooking services may be arranged. All additional fees are payable
upon departure.
A security/breakage deposit of
approximately $500 is collected with your
final payment, and returned within one month following departure
from La Pazziella. |
